Phoning the Surgery
When phoning the surgery, you will be greeted by a short message before being put through to the staff. Please listen to the message carefully as it gives important information to help you.
The surgery is open between 8:30am and 6pm and the doctors and other clinical staff offer appointments at various times from Monday to Friday. If your usual GP is away then you will be offered an appointment with one of the other GPs working in the practice. At the time this website was revised the surgery was offering appointments in the evenings and weekends at a neighbouring surgery utilising funding from the Prime Minister’s Challenge fund. If the funding continues then these appointments will continue to be available and will be referred to as "EPiC appointments". These appointments are offered to patients unable to attend surgery during the usual opening hours and some of the GPs working at Hove Medical Centre do EPiC sessions.
